We're finally back in England... apologies for not blogging for a while: Buenos Aires was a hectic time getting mentally prepared for the homecoming, and since we landed we've been bushed.
We had a great time in BA, exploring old underground tunnels under the city, at art museums, eating lots of steak (including some Japanese Kobe beef, the type where the cows get fed beer and massaged with sake!), and tripping each other up at the tango beginners' class.
Here are some photos of the Galapagos, as promised in our latest blog.

We saw this beautifully tailed gull (anyone have any idea what it is?), frigate birds puffing up their chests and the lots of comic-looking blue footed boobies.
The marine iguanas were a constant feature on all the islands. They sneeze and cough up the salt they eat - hence the white covering on their foreheads.
And to finish up, this is us playing with the sealions.
We're really grateful for everyone who followed us and commented on the posts. It made a big difference to our time out in South America that we felt connected to the people in our lives back at home. It's been a whirlwind adventure and we've been very lucky.
